Elevated Pest Solutions is by far the best termite and pest control company we have used. Patrick is very responsive to any pest issues and the prices are great. We have a pool and spend a lot of time in the yard, since getting him to provide mosqito service, we had no mosqito bites all last summer.

I started using EPS 3 summers ago when I heard about the Mosquito pods to prevent mosquitoes in our back yard. Not only was I was satisfied with the price I was quoted but the customer service and communication was so outstanding that I decided to cancel Terminix and use EPS for my pest control as well! I’ve paid for pest control for 15 years and NEVER have I been this satisfied! This business has impressed me from the very start. When we moved into our new home Patrick answered all my questions and addressed all issues and concerns I had. He still answers my photo texts of spiders and bugs, tells me what they are and if I should be concerned or not. He notifies me of service dates, sends updates if weather doesn’t permit and sends a new date of service. He and/or Blake has shown up on time every time. They let me know when they’re here and when they leave. And Blake has been so kind to text notifications instead of knock because he knows I have a grand baby that might be sleeping. He also skipped spraying near my garden herbs when I wasn’t home to cover them, because I had mentioned my concern one time. And the thing that impressed me most- a storm blew one of my doors open while I was away. Blake called out for me, when I didn’t answer, he took a quick visual, closed the door tightly and called me to let me know and to tell me everything looked in order, didn’t look like a break in. I know this is lengthy, but these are good people who really look out for their customers.

Started using the mosquito pods a while back they have been incredible. After missing a season of the mosquito pods, I can guarantee that won’t happen again. Finally got some ant treatment and it’s taken care of all the ants in the yard, even the rogue ones. Elevated Pest Solutions also takes into consideration what kind of animals you have and what “good” bugs are native to the area such as bees species to formulate the perfect year round treatment plan. Patrick is super professional and always available when I have a question, especially around termite season.

Amazing company and Patrick is the best! He’s super knowledgeable and always provides the best service. He’s helped us treat for ants this year and has been our only #1 guy for mosquitos for the last three years. Before elevated pest solutions, we couldn’t even sit in our yard. Literally the best! I was using another pest control company before and ALWAYS had wood roaches in the house. Since switching to EPS, I haven’t seen a single wood roach inside! Or any bugs for that matter! Blake was doing a standard pest control visit at my house and noticed some minor termite damage and was able to set up stations and get the problem handled and resolved the same day! Elevated Pest Solutions is the best pest control company I have ever used. I was under contract with one of those national companies and they were never on time, and often did not show up when scheduled. When they did show, they did a terrible job. Elevated couldn't be more different. These guys arrive when they say they will arrive, are polite, are professional, and our pests are under control. They even went above and beyond by treating several ant beds in our yard so we wouldn't run the risk of ants in our home. Great company. Great service. Great people. Highly recommend.
